It's also really a commentary on life and how each of us as individuals have to figure out how to be just us, alone, in the universe, from time to time.  But yeah, I imagine solo space travel could be a bit lonely.  She'll have to work on that.

Yay, busy busy, but I got my comic done.  I need to relearn how to drive soon (haven't driven a car in nearly 8 years), so, it's something that's on my mind.  But at least that thing won't fly.   And, man, I hope we have some sort of hoverboard soon. 

So this comic is NOT autobiographical.  But I started a new job last week, and even though I felt very much like I actaully knew what I was doing in my new job, it reminded me of all of the other "first-week-at-a-job" situations I've had.

Hey, I feel like a kid who is turning their homework in late. But my trip to Wisconsin was totally worth you guys reading a comic a day late. I mean...uh.

Okay, one more mspaint for this week. I am in beautiful Madison, WI. It is hot and humid. VERY hot and humid. But I am being treated well by my good friends here and making new ones, so, that beats heat and humidity, right?

This lady I did while bored at my last temp job (well, that's most of the mspaints, really). I drew her from a photo I was looking at in the NYTimes, but I don't remember what the article was about. Something to do with education I think....

The comic is going to be a bit late today. I'll have something more substantial up tomorrow, but today you get an mspaint. Sorry, I am hella busy this week. Life returns to normal next week after I am done traveling for a lovely wedding.

I um, had to go to the Dentist yesterday. My stuff wasn't too bad and my Dentist was very nice. And now I have done my part in saving more teeth. But I always feel like this when I leave work for a Dr's appointment or something. "You want to stick what where? Well okay...at least I'm not at work right now".
